Going Further
Provided
below on this page are a number of links to Forgiveness teachers
that have helped me and countless others immeasurably in the
practice of forgiveness and in showing the blessing of that
practice.
Please look at their offerings and start with the one you feel most
at home with. As you begin to see the benefits
of forgiving you will probably spend some time
with all of them. I encourage you to do so. All of the references
are strongly recommended. As other teachers and contributors to the
field of forgiveness practice come to my attention and are reviewed,
they will be added to this list.
Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping was my first resource
for practicing forgiveness and is a constant companion. As well as
reading the book, visit Colin's website, which allows you to
download his Radical Forgiveness Worksheet. It is a powerful tool to
always have on hand. Used consistently over time will pay tremendous
dividends. His site also allows you to complete a worksheet online.
This has the benefit of giving the visitor the option of being able
to click on tabs while filling out the worksheet. This helps the
visitor to gain further information about the step of the worksheet
they may need help with. As well as being an elegant resource it is
also free. Colin’s site address is

Byron Katie is a loving, graceful and
authentic spiritual teacher. Her first book
Loving What Is: Four Questions That Can
Change Your Life was a
breakthrough when first released and continues to make a huge
impact. All of her books are “gems beyond price” for anyone who
desires to grow emotionally and spiritually and be at peace. Her
website includes many free downloads of her process of inquiry, that
returns those who utilize them, to equanimity. On her site there are
also a number of videos, for free viewing, which show her as she
guides her workshop participants through her process. Her website is
a treasure and its address is

Have you ever asked your self the question
“Why is this happening to me again?” If so please visit the website
of Dr. Michael Ryce
http://www.whyagain.com and find out why.
Dr Ryce offers his worksheet as a free download. His book,
Why Is This Happening To Me … AGAIN
is available as a free download as
well. Dr. Ryce operates on a contribution basis. After reading his
book and practicing with his worksheets please consider contributing
and supporting his work. His book is written in a narrative format
and for me it is like having a conversation with a caring friend who
is guiding me to a much brighter and happier experience of life.
